Virginia Youth Soccer will soon be offering 4v4, 7v7, 9v9, and 11v11 in-person licenses to target the age-appropriate needs of players at these levels. Beginning in February, 2018, there will be a total of 8 new courses (4 on-line and 4 in-person/on-field) that will address the new game formats. These align with the US Soccer Player Development Initiatives (PDI) announced last year.
US Soccer PDI must be implemented in every state, league, and organization that is affiliated with US Soccer.
Registraton will be through the Digital Coaching Center (https://dcc.ussoccer.com). Coaches must have taken the US Soccer on-line F course prior to registering for a PDI License.
Each in-person license course lasts for five (5) hours and the cost/license is $45.
