The District tryouts will be held this summer in the July/August timeframe for players born in 2001, 2000, 1999, 1998 and 1997. Please continue to monitor this page for further information which will be updated as information becomes available. These dates are firm. The registration link will be available on this page around the first two weeks in June.

The ODP tryouts for players born in 1997 - 2001 will be held July 26-28 or August 3-4, 2013. Please see information below for your district.
ODP Tryout Players are asked to attend both days if at all possible to allow the coaches ample time to evaluate the players.

It’s very important that you read all the information shown on this page to help answer any questions you may have.
If your child is unable to make the ODP tryouts, here are the steps you need to take:
1) Contact your age group Head Coach AFTER the tryouts. Head Coach contact information will be posted on the website.
2) Once you have contacted the head coach, these are the next steps
a. The head coach can ask for a recommendation from your child’s travel team coach.
b. The head coach or a VYSA Staff coach can scout your child in their club environment.
c. The head coach can invite your child out to a training session.
3) After this process, the head coach can then decide to offer your child a spot on the age group roster
Important points:
a) Players must still pay the tryout fee if they come into the player pool at a later date
b) Players must not just show up at a District Training sessions unless INVITED BY THE ODP AGE GROUP HEAD COACH.
